Professor-Help is a trading name of London Corporation of Professional Writing Limited. Our service has several policies in place to benefit both our company and our customers. Please go through the policies carefully before making any decision to purchase from us. These policies are in place in for the interest in fairness between both parties.

You acknowledge and are at an agreement that we may regularly change/update these current Terms and Conditions. This is because we are continuously improving the safety for us and our customers of usage of our service. Please review these Terms and Conditions regularly as they are in place for safety as well as ours.

*Disclaimer: We do not encourage our customer/s to hand in any work produced by our writers. Any and all materials given by us should be used as a guideline/structure to create your own quality piece of work. We are not responsible if our customer/s choose to disregard our request. We are also not liable to the consequences bestowed to any individual that chooses to disregard this request.


We have a full refund policy in place. A customer can claim a 100% refund on the cases that are stated below:

  1. A mistake was made during the payment e.g. customer has a repeated order or paid twice.
  2. Failure by us to provide a professional writer to your order before the customers set deadline.
  3. The paper was failed to be delivered before the deadline set by the customer.
  4. The writer has not yet been assigned to the customer order.

Cases in which the customer will NOT be able to claim a refund:

  1. The writer has already been assigned to your order.
  2. The order has already been approved by the customer;
  3. You were given a poor grade for the work produced. See Terms and Conditions.


We operate our service on a strict privacy policy. We value the privacy of all of our customers and have made it one of our priorities to make sure that all of our customers are comfortable with our services.

We do need personal information when customers are filling out the order form only for contact purposes. We, at London Corporation of Professional Writing Limited, do not pass on any information to a third party. All information gathered in the order form is kept strictly confidential. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.


Just like any other professional writing service we do have a revision policy in place. Just in case one of those rare occasions when you’re unhappy with the first draft of the order you placed. In this scenario we have a “Revision” option on your personal order panel/profile in which you can request up to three free revisions. We do not offer more than this because our writers have proven themselves to have the ability to produce a quality piece of work every time!


Below is the list of our Terms and Conditions for the use of our writing service. Please go through them carefully before fulfilling an order form. If you happen to have any questions about the Terms and Conditions, then our customer support team is on standby.

1.0 Our service

1.1 When you have submitted an order and payment, you are purchasing the product for your own personal, non-profitable, use.

1.2 All products produced by our company have been constructed by qualified freelance academic authors.

1.2.1 All authors are under agreement to transfer all ownership of produced goods on to the company, “”. They have no rights to resell any written materials. This is to enforce our 100% non-plagiarized work feature.

2.0 Refunds

2.1 All cases for when you want to claim a refund for your product/s are listed in our Money Back Guarantee policy at the beginning of this page.

2.2 In cases where you would like to claim a refund and your reasoning isn’t amongst the scenarios listed in the Money Back Guarantee Policy; you must take up your case with our customer support team. Each case presented to us must have a strong supporting reason towards getting a 100% refund.

3.0 Copyright and Personal Use

3.1 We only produce quality and original papers.

3.2 A complete copyright of the products produced, and any other texts given to you are retained by the company it’s associated.

3.3 All and any products delivered to you are for personal and non-profitable use only. We have the right to take legal action if any products distributed by us are used for profitable gain.

3.4 You are not permitted to conduct in the following with any product produced by our company, or any content found on our website, without the permission in writing from us:

  • Publish
  • Communicate
  • Adapt

  • Create derivatives

Any and all violation of these will result in us taking legal actions against you.

3.8 You must also be aware that in any and all cases in which we suspect that an individual will conduct plagiarism related actions with any and all of our products, we will have the right to insert legal actions against you.

4.0 Guarantees

4.1 We guarantee a low plagiarism level of under 10% with each distributed order. This figure is calculated without the use of the references in the bibliography page and quotes within the contents of each paper.

4.2 We guarantee all and any instructions and requests in your paper details provided by you will be followed by your assigned writer.

4.3 Any and all products produced will be written in English.

4.4 We do not guarantee a specific grade with each order. Nor do we guarantee a “Good” grade.

4.5 All papers ordered by our customers will be delivered before the set deadline to ensure each customer has time to review their content. In any case when the order isn’t completed by then, according to our Money Back Guarantee Policy, you are liable for a 100% refund.

5.0 Placing an Order

5.1 When placing an order on our website you will be liable to include personal information. Such information will include your name, email address and phone number.

5.3.2 We are not liable to any update not being read by an individual if sent to an invalid email address.

5.3.3 As the consumer we place the responsibility in your hands to provide VALID contact information when filling out the order form. This is to ensure that we have a form of communication with each individual if something was to happen to the completion of your order.

5.4 During the fulfillment of your order there are distinct features within the order form that are available for your convenience. These choices are:

  • “Plagiarism Report”-Requesting this feature in the order form will allow the customer to request a plagiarism report. This allows the customer to see for themselves the plagiarism level of their original work produced by us. This is an added feature at no extra costs.
  • “Abstract Page”-You can request an abstract page along with your assignment. The total costs for this will $14.99 USD.
  • “Spacing”-You can select the spacing (Single or Double) you want your work to be written in.

5.5 The charges of your order will be automatically calculated as you fill out the order form. The total costs will depend on the all and any choices you make during the fulfillment of the form. The total price will take into consideration the following selections:

  • Deadline
  • Academic level
  • Number pages and or slides
  • Type of paper
  • Type of service

5.6 We urge each customer when filling out the form, to include as much detail as possible. The more detail you include in your order, the more precise the content produced by the writer.

5.6.1 We are not liable for any content missing in any and all orders if it is not specified to include this information in the order form. For example, if you require your paper to include a specific source in your assignment YOU MUST SPECIFY this in your order. The assigned writer will write produce content that coexist with the instructions provided in the order form.

5.6.2 The content produced will be more relevant to the customer desires depending on how detailed the instructions are within the order form.

6.0 Fees and Payments

6.1 All the charges apply to the services provided by us are enlisted within the contents of our website.

6.2 All prices for any and all products are included with VAT expenses.

6.3 VAT charges are applicable for the customers who reside within the European Union.

6.7 Customers are liable to claim a refund if a writer is not assigned to the paper before the deadline set by the customer.

6.8 Customers are liable for a refund if a writer has not yet been assigned to their order.

7.0 Cancellations

7.1 Customers are liable to cancel orders at any time. However, full refunds are only permitted to those in the scenarios listed below when following a cancellation.

7.1.1 The order was cancelled before the writer was assigned to the customer’s order.

7.1.2 Cases in which the order was cancelled after the writer was assigned would not permit the customer to a full refund. Instead, the amount refunded will be decided by our dispute team.

7.3 Important note: Customers are not liable for a full refund and or cancellation after the approval of an order.

8.0 Delivery of your order

8.1 All orders are made available once the customer has approved the paper at the order panel after logging in. Up until approval, the paper will only be available for a preview. All orders are available through downloads after approval, and all orders formatted in a Word Document unless requested otherwise.

8.2 After the order is approved, a customer may no longer request a revision. Customers no longer liable to request a revision even if customers haven’t used all three free revisions while the order is in a draft.

8.2.1 Once an order has been approved by a customer they are no longer eligible for a refund.

8.3 London Corporation of Professional Writing Limited is not liable to any interruption or technical faults made by a 3rd party internet service provider/s, which causes the order to be late.

8.4 Important notice: Once a piece of work has been approved by a customer, they will have 7 DAYS to download the final copy. After 7 days the downloadable copy will no longer be available and can, in most cases be deleted by the server.

8.5 Important note: Once a piece of work has been uploaded by the writer, customers will have 7 days to approve/disapprove/request for a revision. Once the 7 day time limit has expired, the order will be approved automatically by the server. This period will start once a draft/final copy has been uploaded to the customer order panel by the assigned writer.

9.0 Our Warranties

9.1 Once submitting the order you are in acknowledgment and full understanding of our full terms and conditions of usage of our service.

9.2 You are in full agreement of all terms and conditions specified on this page when using our service.

9.3 We are in full liability to produce any academic work presented us as long as it does not effect any and all of the terms and conditions we have in place, or do not have any and all illegal qualities to the work.

10.0 Liability Limitations

10.1 You agree to release and hold the Company, London Corporation of Professional Writing Limited, and it’s employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries promotion, advertising and fulfilment agencies, third party associates providers or sources of data or information and legal advisers harmless for any loss, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or related to the products, including but not limited to (a) electronic, telephone, hardware or software, network, Internet, email, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Company that may cause the Product to be delayed, disrupted, or corrupted; (d) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of utilizing Our services; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with Our services. In addition, You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company and Company's Affiliates harmless from any claim, suit or demand, including attorney's fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of Your utilizing of Our services, Your violation or breach of these Terms and Conditions, Your violation of any rights of a third party, or any other act or commission by you.

10.2 In no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or any information provided on this website. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; the above limitation may not apply to you.
